1. I’m confused , what exactly do you do?

From the moment you enquire, our job is to take full responsibility of your job all the way to completion .
We don’t “pass on the work” , or refer tradespeople to you or take the easy path out.

Step 1  we enquire about what exactly you need done and all the details including timeline and budgets.
Then we urgently find a perfect fit tradesperson.
We contact you to arrange a time to quote in person or over the phone
Once you are happy to proceed we arrange invoicing , start time and planning of works
You will be assigned a highly trained project manager to make sure the job runs to perfection
Once the job is completed we can arrange completion photos and reports .
We say our goodbyes for now while you enjoy your completed work .
We hope we WOW you into leaving a online review , of how much you loved us

2. What guarantee do I have on work quality and price ?

We all want a fair go , when is come to prices for yourself and fair rates for tradespeople.

We have achieved this by finding what are your areas of pain as customers . Then finding all the reasons why tradesperson may have disputes . We then spent years solving client and tradesperson areas of pain. Now we have the formula where all disputes between client and tradespeople have ended. This has led to customers being more willing to get work done and tradespersons more willing to do the work.

To go further on further why we are so successful at doing this, customers want to know that the money they spent is in their best interest not only in the interest of Holymess Repairs. To solve this, we  match the incentive of the customers to the incentive of the tradespeople . For example if the job is minor repair, we wont send a door replacement tradesperson as there is a mismatch between your needs and tradesperson ability  .

Taking these opposing forces, client and tradespeople, we have brought both sides on to the same team.Now customers like yourself who are looking for repairs, are now able to do works at prices better than the industry standard. Not to mention the speed and quality is unmatched

This is by  increasing real work time by tradespeople . Tradespeople using their abilities on site and not wasting time looking for work,  taking sales calls, having down time and unnecessary  paperwork . Has led to tradespeople having extra productive time . More work done in less time means work is done faster, cheaper while retaining the highest quality workmanship by motivated skilled tradespeople  .
This means tradespeople are doing what they do best, working on site fixing things.  Customers like you have  exceptional , highly motivated tradespeople that complete the work with quality but also efficiently . Hence your costs are dramatically reduced.

3. You seem like another company pretending to be the next great thing only to see you fail in a few months time !

Fair statement , every day there is another company closing down , another builder going bankrupt . So if you pay a deposit, what are the chances that the job will be completed and you don’t lose your money?
Short answer is we have fixed the issues plaguing other companies such as  skilled workforce shortage , supply chain disruption to lack of trust of companies .

To fix the skilled labor shortage we have searched and formed a working relationship with super star parole and using these foundations we have now become the place where exceptional people with trades experience come to work .
To fix supply chain shortage we have shortened the time of payment to trades and suppliers from 60 days to 2 days or less. Due to payment terms being the fastest we have ever seen in our industry we have preferential treatment by tradespeople . This also means the work is done within the time frame you want .
Lack of trust of companies has been fixed by 1 simple idea. We have total transparency in our company. Any cost , material , suppliers, including step by step in house staff videos are available to you . As we have total transparency you have the opportunity to question anything we do and ask for the information to prove you are being told the facts

4. What is the down-side of working with us?

We are definitely biased in our response as we want to be a place where people of all walks of life  can  get their repairs completed .
But If I were to try and think , how can we let you down ? 

• IF we are unsure we can complete the work with confidence we will let you know that we can’t take this job  on
• we can be overbooked and will  let you know this can’t be done in the time frame you need
  
• If you have a history of unpaid debt , tradespeople feel unsafe around you or black listed , we will not accept the job you have requested
• All work requires a deposit and payment on completion. If you cannot meet those terms we would be putting HolyMess Repairs in a vulnerable positions hence will not be able to do the work for you

5. How do we pay our trades people ?

Similar to artists being paid by record stations this has now been replaced by paying artists through platforms like Youtube. We have the same idea, we want our hard working and highly skilled tradespeople to earn what they deserve

Any job we quote, we go through every part of the job with a fine tooth comb to ensure the client
And tradespeople are pricing fairly for the work being done . This is no easy task as each job in trades is different to the next .

Once a price is reached we account for the rates agreed to by the tradesperson to be paid .
This ensures the tradesperson brings their best jobs and clients get the best prices possible.

6. I have an urgent problem, can I talk to the person or will I get a robot?

 We pride ourselves in being able to answer your phone call. Any time of the day,  365 days a year,  including holidays.
